Reclamation Policies

For every claim, we need an order reference and description of the problem / issue.

Individual solutions: Claims should be sent to Multilens within 3 months after delivery.

Standard items: Standard items should be returned within 6 months after delivery.

All items should be returned in the original box

As soon as a reclamation has been approved, Multilens will repair the product or send a new one. In case a replacement product was ordered before approval of the reclamation, we will compensate the customer for the defect part on the original order.
